Install packages without SSL certificate

1. Install flake8
   pip install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host pypi.python.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org flake8
2. upgrade pip
   python -m pip install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host pypi.python.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org --upgrade pip
3. Permanent solution - update the pip.ini config file with the following command:
   pip config set global.trusted-host "pypi.org files.pythonhosted.org pypi.python.org" --trusted-host=pypi.python.org --trusted-host=pypi.org --trusted-host=files.pythonhosted.org
